Research Award Sponsor: $50K
Discounted multiyear sponsorship available
APSARD receives over 100 research poster submissions each year and the poster session is one of the most attended pieces of the conference. Showcase your support and encourage cutting edge research in ADHD and related disorders through this exclusive sponsorship.
Sponsor will receive:
- NEW Exclusive naming of poster hall at the conference titled “The ____ Poster Hall” or “Poster Hall sponsored by ____”
- An exclusive award with your company name titled “The ____ Research Award”
- Custom award ribbons with company logo on each awardee poster during poster session

APSARD is proud of the participation we have with students and early career professionals and recognize the importance of removing barriers for the next generation to participate in the conference. Each sponsorship will support two early career professionals.
Sponsors will receive:

Health Equity Scholar Sponsor: $10K

There are important ongoing dialogues in our country and worldwide regarding healthcare inequities created by racism as well as differential treatment of individuals from multiple, often intersecting, minoritized identities (e.g., LGBTQIA+, individuals with disabilities and those who have disproportionately poor access to care such as rural residents). APSARD wants to open sponsorship opportunities to researchers and practitioners at all levels who focus their work on individuals with minoritized identities. Each sponsorship will support two scholars in this field.
Sponsors will receive:
- Email acknowledgement of awardees and sponsorship to conference attendees
- (2) complimentary registrations for company representative to the APSARD Meeting
- Acknowledgement through company logo in program book
Scholars will receive:
- Complimentary APSARD Membership for 2026
- Complimentary registration for the 2026 conference

Program book ads must be submitted to info@apsard.org by December 1, 2025. All ads will need the approval of the APSARD Executive Office.
HEADSHOT SPONSOR
- $15,000 (1 available): Be the sole named sponsor of the booth providing headshots & fun photo booth for all APSARD board members and made available for all attendees to update their headshots or just have a little fun!

DIGITAL PROMOTIONS
- $2,500: Registration Promotion Email —Your company’s ad on the bottom of an APSARD Conference promotion email sent to the entire APSARD database (1200 x 1200 pixels, PNG)
- $4,000: Daily/Know Before You Go Email Sponsor (4 available) — Banner ad included in daily onsite or Know Before You Go email to all of the conference attendees (1200 x 1200 pixels, PNG)

Exhibit Packages
ALL EXHIBITORS WILL:
- Receive (2) complimentary registrations for booth attendant to the APSARD Annual Meeting
- Have their logo In the online program book
- Have typed name recognition on walk-in slides and contact information shared with attendees
- Receive (1) 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and easel
- Receive complimentary shared Wi-Fi
- Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the exhibitor (including electricity, food and beverage, additional equipment, etc.)

*Larger sizes are available on a first come first serve basis and subject to increased pricing. Selection on exhibit booth placement will also be given priority to those who submit payment first.
The above fees do not include freight material handling charges incurred by the decorator. You will be responsible for any freight material handling charges. An exhibitor guide with details will be sent to all exhibitors once participation is confirmed.
